We accepts returns or exchanges within 21 days of original purchase date if you received your order and it is wrong/faulty/not what you wanted/don't like the colour,etc.  Item must be in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and with original receipt. For items without an original receipt we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.

Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

All order can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging your order and fully insure each order. If you are visiting Our Warehouse, you can come in and purchase a product, and we'll be happy to send the package your order to your home. We will use EMS, DHL, Fedex, JNE, and Pos Indonesia for serve domestic and wordwide international shipping.

Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified by phone when the item is ready at the location specified. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and information in our on-line catalog. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers.  We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.  Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer bicycles to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises.  Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.
